Dyna, Thanks! They have it right, down to the Baker 6 speed decal on the derby cover. I may need to order one. From what I remember from the Hot Bike article, I think the original had the rear wheel widened to 6.5" and squeezed a 150 mm on the front. Excuse me while I go set up an Xbox for the kids. Merry Christmas JST |

Happy Holidays, everyone. May the roads be long and winding. (Or snow covered in my case.) So glad I got involved with this group so much in the past year. I've learned tons, and met lots of real cool people. Alex |

I love those models. That HotWheels bike is cool as hell! They only have the S3? The Avon model is perfect except the tires have the wrong profile. I hope everyone is having a great holiday. I got a disk lock alarm for piece of mind ...as well as a big reflective Buell patch for my jacket. |

Rick, yep the S3 is the only one they made. And you are right about the tire profile. The front looks pretty good, but the rear looks like it belongs on a lowrider Honda Civic. |

Okay, every now and then I ask a question which completely shows how little I know: I bought a cable care kit and clamp thingy so's that I can lube my cables. The service manual doesn't tell me how to do this. Can someone tell me which cables (01 M2, 93 FXR) to lube and how to do it? Thank you's, and Merry X-mas. |

Duck, BadS1 is right, it will fit but there will be small gaps around the tank/seat junction due to the wider profile of the 00 seat. Nothing gross but noticable if you look. If you want I can try to scan some pics from a 98 vintage Battle2Win mag. Won't be able to get to it till tonight. Brad |

Avon model, I'd hope that a model commissioned by a tire company would have the correct tires?! JST: let me know if you need any help with the XBox. If you do get it working, I play as Shadowfax on Ghost Recon, Mech Assault and MotoGP. Josh |

Josh, It's gonna be awhile before I let the kids do the online gaming thing. One of these days I may jump in myself, after Em is back together, The S10 choptop lowrider and Ramcharger street Rod are both done. I think I need to hit the garage and get to work. JT |

Court, CC PHONE HOME !!! This somewhat scatter brained woman has started a new thread in trying to reach you (Home Court Advantage). Lost your phone number.... Lost my mind during a Puerto Rican mosh-pit extravaganza of toddler-Christmas-present-opening... but ate tons of great ethnic food. Damn, gotta learn how to cook like that... Can't wait to get back to the quiet woods, just wish I could take all my dear friends with me...What a goofus I am !!! Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season!!! Charlotte |

At Myrtle Beach this year two of the South Carolina HD Dealers at the Convention Center had BOXES and BOXES of the VR1000 model and they were blowing them out for $25! I have two of them, I got Miguel Duhamel to autograph one of the Boxes this year at VIR. |
