You may have seen some new shirts on buell.com with wacky names like "Long Splat" and "Shoulder Splash" - and now you can see and purchase them online at Liberty Buell's website - www.libertyharley.com/buell! Here's a samplin':
Mens "Checker Racer" Shirt
Mens "Collar Buell" Tee
Mens "Drip" Tee (Seriously.)
Mens "First in Flight" Tee
Mens "Power Fast" Hooded Fleece (OK, this name I can get behind.)
Mens "Long Splat" Tee (WTF? Do riders REALLY want to think about long splats??) AND - for the Ladies:
Ladies "Pegasus Crest" Tee
Ladies "Side Rolls" Tee (I mean it, that's crazy. What woman wants to talk about side rolls when shopping?!?) Don't let the names throw ya - the latest line is really nice. There are more on our website, AND even more on buell.com. If you see something on buell.com that's not on our site, drop me a line or a PM and I might be able to order it or get it for you. More stuff is coming in every day - so hopefully I'll have more to say soon! Thanks guys! Hope you like the stuff! |

Nice stuff . . . Vickie and I were at Liberty this morning picking up supplies and I saw the supply! It's nice to see a dealership with (literally) HUNDREDS of Buell shirts in stock! |

>>>YOU didn't stop and say hi?? Actually . . . my wife spent 15 minutes "test sitting" a blast with various seats. . . the LOW seat works perfectly. Then we DID say hi to Ms. Victoria. . . . . Hurry up Spring ! (Message edited by court on March 21, 2009) |

Are these all plain on the back or do they have Liberty on the back. I really like a few of them, but I don't think they'd look right with a different style print on the back. Lemme know so I spend some money! |

My bet is . . . since HD won't allow the dealer NOT to put their name on it . . . that they have it. But I agree with you . . . I lik'em "the plainer the better". |

That sucks. I really like that collar shirt, but think that an ad on the back in different font would ruin it. |

OK - there is some sort of dealer logo on all the shirts, but of course, they're all slightly different. The basic Tee style - essentially anything for Men priced around $22 - have a logo on the back, silkscreened. Here's an example on the Large Pegasus shirt:
They do a good job usually of picking colors that look good. The ladies shirts are a little different, for example, the Spirit Wings Ladies shirt has an embroidered logo, about 2 inches wide I'd say, all the way at the BOTTOM on the back. Here's a shot:
The Collar Buell shirt, I believe, as well as the Power Fast! shirts have embroidered logos on the SLEEVE:
I can't remember which shirt this is now that I'm back to my desk. I'll double check, but I think they're both the same. This is probably more info than you need, but the difference is the vendor. VF does the higher end, fleece, button-down shirts, and they usually have embroidered logos. You can tell from the part number sometimes. The VFB, or sometimes just the B part numbers. Also usually more expensive. The Stratman styles are the standard Tees, and start with the "R"s. Those logos are generally silk screened. Of course, these are NOT hard and fast rules. :P Lemme double check on the collar shirt specifically. ->ChelleM |

i like the Hooded fleece, but im in the same boat with badlionsfan about the dealer logo. i like um plain, even though i have about 4-5 shirts with Liberty Buell on them. Is there anyway you can post a pic of the dealer logo on the hooded fleece? thanks! |

Sorry, I'm goobering out here. The collar tee is NOT the shirt I thought it was. I thought it actually HAD a collar. It's just a regular tee though - so here's the back on that one:

The Liberty logo is really pretty cool on the shirts . . . in that it's just text. One of the nearby dealers puts pics of the Statue of Liberty, New York skyline and so much crud you can't hardly see the shirt. I'm wearing a Liberty shirt today and it, irrespective of my finely honed male model looks, is darn good looking!

The Power Fast! Hooded Fleece has the logo embroidered on the top of the sleeve, near the shoulder. The image is up there somewhere. No logo on the back. This is what I get for trying to cut corners and horkin' the pics from the Buell site. Wonder how long before I get calls from Buell corporate? :P We'll have to break down and do a little photo shoot again. But the general rule is - Tee shirt - logo on back silk screened. Nicer, more expensive shirt - logo probably embroidered somewhere. ->ChelleM |

I like it when the logos are the small 3"x5" size or smaller on top under the collar for the tees. That large of a logo wrecks the shirt for me. Glad someone pointed it out I wouldn't have thought of it before hitting purchase. Will have to check around but it is nice to see some place carrying all those styles. |

the 67 plus shipping has got to be way less expensive than the ride from washington to pick it up.... Then again probably not as fun to let the postal guys do all the 'hard' work. |
