Starting in one minute. They've got a LOT of crap to tie up in 2 hours and 11 minutes (yep, that's how long it is). I hope they can pull it off.

That was really good. I love how they tied it up.

I was a bit disappointed with the apologist bullcrap. The usual hollywood drivel that technology is bad, humans suck, and a primitive way of life is superior. I was hoping they'd land in modern day afghanistan and knock the crap out of the taliban arseholes. Oh well. I'll give it to Indy Bueller though. They did kind of tie it up in the end.

Yeah, it did have a liberal bent in that way, but it was still good. So I guess Tyrol was the first king of England. heh

Better than I expected, but I pretty much agree with the comments above about "evil technology". I'm glad they had some massive battle scenes- that's what they've always done best.

"evil technology" had just kicked them in the nads. I didn't take it so much as a political statement. I just took it as a new beginning whereby they could slow the progress of the development of the next batch of evil technology. I still don't understand what the deal was with Thrace? Ghost? Mental construct? Angel? Good ending overall.

Yea, good question about Starbuck. Maybe another "angel" like the 6 and other Baltar? I'm going to have to watch that again.

Must have been an Angel. Did you notice the implication at the end that the "head" Baltar was God?

I was wondering about the "God" statement in the end. So were they inferring it was Baltar?

Interesting discussion on the finale by the series producer with comments by fans here: http://scifiwire.com/2009/03/battlestars-ronald-d- moor-1.php#more Definitely seems to be a "love it or hate it" deal.

I was wondering about the "God" statement in the end. They were inferring (IMHO) that the "head" Baltar (the one that only Caprica Six and Gaius Baltar could see) was God.
