My wife and I are having a baby girl (due on August 2nd) and last Sunday I drew an idea for a mural to put on her bedroom wall. I'm kind of a buell nerd and I'd be interested in seeing others ideas as well if you've done anything like that.

Haha, yeah, before I made the post I made a mental note to explain that the turtle has to be going the other way because of the available wall and I wanted to show the good side of the bike but, that mental note disappeared. Drat!

That drawing looks more proportional then the real bike . You should be on Buells design team . Oh yeah congrats on the baby !!!!!!!

I have a four month old daughter, but I never thought of a motorcycling theme for her baby room (Mama would not approve!).

When my daughter was newborn, my wife would also have not approved. Now that she's almost 2-1/2 and loves motorcycles, I think we're getting close to it being okay. : )

My little girl is due on August 10 and I don't think I would be able to get my wife to go for a Buell in her room. I like it though and congrats.

Congrats on the daughter. 'Princesses' who dig motorcycles ROCK. I've got 2 of them.

The oldest has her very own battery powered Vespa wannabe, and the youngest has her very own battery powered pink Harley.

Besides the exhaust on the wrong side though, where's the rear sprocket?

My 6 month old spend last friday with us at the local HD/Buell shop watching the Daytona 200 and drooling over the new Buells (literally!)

She has HD clothing and a moto-like thing to sit on but no art! I'm digging the mural, now if only I had talent.

Congrats! Babys are cool! Just take her (byyourself) to a mall and see!!!
I don't. Care if you look like a rusty motoguzi, you'll have a flock of women around you like a nude playgirl at bike nite!
The pic, well I wish I could draw that well! But if you really want to set off the effect, try incorperating some small LED's in the wall at key points. You can take a v-knife and gouge some groves in the wall and simmply mud over the wiring and "voila" you got "Bling". Shell LOVE it, trust me I've done this a lot! The wife will think your Bob Vila or something!
By the way sprocket, exahoust, what ever, shell never know the diffrence! Hell I didn't until I read the critics opinions.
Good luck and tell the mrs. To have a safe and good delivery. My sons b-day is 8-1 sooo close!
