Rattler, pretty hard to make an XB dirt tracker I would think. Nobody uses anything other than a dirt track frame so the only notable feature is the engine. You could always tell the HD's from the Hondas by the carbs but i would think any sportster based engine bike will look like any other. cave |

Bomber... Southern Bell(e)...Wasn't that one of them Baby Bells the government took away from their parent? Yeah, what a mess that turned out to be. Anyone want to buy some of my Telecoms??? Now lets see, how can I twist that so that CJM can regain her tarnished reputation, er, I mean her Cyberpersonality. LOL |

First and foremost, all of us at American Sport Bike would like to wish you all a very safe and happy holiday season. May the holidays bring you the closeness of loved ones and the New Year the prospects of many safe rides. Update on the Buell sale, it has been extended so if there’s anything you’re interested in let us know. Firebolt/Lightning New Parts: For Parts That Move You! • Another much needed part for the Firebolt and Lighting-a new easy to read oil cap/dipstick. Some neat features are, billet aluminum with a hex cap, convenient hole for safety wiring. E.T.A. Late January (taking orders now). • Data Link for XB9R, XB9S with stock or race ECM’s. Comes with code list, #9016 for $10.95. Convenient for quick checks away from the dealer. • Luggage System for the XB9R, Part # 9025 for $310 (XB9S system is on the way). Includes Sport Rack, Pack Rack and 45 liter bag. • Oil Filter (XB9R, XB9S) # 9029 for $7.95. Keep that motor clean. New Service Offered! Cryogenic Treatments for the front and rear rotors. • This process freezes the metal bringing out Martensite, which changes and improves the molecular structure within the metal giving you a smoother surface texture for moving parts to run on, with decreases resistance, decreased running temperature and decreased wear characteristics. What you have in the end is a longer lasting, better performing product at a minimal cost (cooler running rotors reduce the normal heat checking that comes with stock O.E. rotor). For Sale: SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY PLEASE If you are interested in a 95 S-2 Thunderbolt or 96 S-1 Lightning please call us. These are the American Sport Bike Shop Bikes that have been heavily accessorized with some of the best products available. The bikes will be sold for less than what the parts cost! Not outrageously priced-but not to be given away. Only one will be sold, once the first is sold, the other will be taken off the market. New project in the works. Ask for Tat. |

No I'm not raggin' on Tat. His business has grown to include Non American Sport Bikes. I've been here long enough to all about his contributions to the Buell community, and you've been here long enough to know that. Sorry for the confusion. RaY2K |

In reference to that "thing" being an XB9R, ya gotta be shitting me. As was stated before, what besides the engine came from Buell??? And Brad, I ordered up one of those Buells as well. Very cool models, $43 & no shipping.

BigJ, Ferris, et al. Tat. Maria, and their daughter, are some of the finest people I have ever met, period. At our first Homecoming, they were the first and only vendor who would give us the time of day asking the normal "new guy" stupid Buell questions. I've spent untold hours on the phone with Tat discussing "ideas" for new Buell products and concepts. No disrespect meant, just a bit of Holiday Fun. Ride Safe Tom |

FB , Jim wishing you well and of course all participants here. The yellow S1 is still with me , the yellow plastic is archived for safe keeping , it's been changed to Molten orange/carbon fiber with the large tank. Marni rides it most of the time and some times gets a little pouty went I ride it ,like a couple of weeks ago when I drove my knee into the carbon ham can and smashed it while doing a mondo stoppie. The S2 is still with me too running well ,still never had the heads off either. The S2 was recently "scuffed" in a small incident , new fairing , rh lower ,header pipe, and saddlebag lid are here and will be replaced. Does the "Blurr" run yet ?? need any parts ?? JDH |

Heres another pic of that supposed XB9R dirt bike. As Blake would say..Bullshit alert. Dont the XB's have the breathers in top of the rocker boxes? If this thing is a XB then my Dyna is a 200 mph Hayabusa. |

That has to be an XB motor...no amount of trimming can get XL cases or cam cover to look like that! |
