Update attached. Send your entries/updates to S3_Owners@comcast.net. I'm not sure I've had to enter more than 2 at a time. Looking for 5 new entries by March 7!!!

Looking great Roger. It will grow with time. It is funny how the S2 list works. It could be weeks with no inputs then in one day I will get three or four. It usually happens around the time I post it every month. |

I sold my '99 to a guy in Des Moines last year. Told him about Badweb and such but have never heard back since then. I still miss that bike. |

One of the things that delayed my getting on the S2 list was all that effort it took to walk out to the garage and look up the VIN. Add getting the official color names and the task becomes daunting! I'm guessing there are a few that put it off until they have everything "right". Guess they didn't notice that I'm easy! |

It took me about ten tries to remember to go out to the garage and get the info after reading the post. Maybe as the weather starts to warm up and people get their bikes ready you will get some more info. Easy, did you post somewhere how many S3(T)'s were built by model year or did I read it somewhere else? |

The question came up, and I was unable to answer it. I thought I had read it as well. I looked in the "25 Years" book, and went through the Knowledge Vault, but came up empty. I thought I had read a post that was somewhat of a forerunner to the book, but I couldn't find it. Maybe an over-active imagination on my part. |

Nothing gets a response like "FREE SHIRT!!!", so here we go. One size large "FREE SHIRT!!!" to an S3 owner chosen at random from the S3 Owners List as of the end of March 31. (Looking at the announcement date, it's tempting to put this off a month...) Owners will be given 1 entry for every week they've been on the list. I reserve the right to modify the number of entries to one each or 1 entry per day if my Excel programming skills can't figure out how to cleanly calculate weeks. The shirt is from the Chicago IMS. |

Howdy, sent a question for registration to the e-mail listing. There were approx. 1779 total S3(T)'s made in the differing MY variations; exact #s are in this last winter's issue of Fuell, IIRC... |

I guess that makes us all pretty lucky to have one. Less than 1800 bikes world wide probably doesn't make them collectors items but it sure makes them rare. |

Pete, Got your message. Sorry for the delay in answering. Spent the week in Vegas (on business) and they wanted $10 a day for internet access that I'm too cheap to pay. It's like they want you at the tables instead of in your room... I'll post an update this weekend. |

I sent my info today, other than the VIN because of laziness. I had a 99 S3T that I sold two years ago. I missed that bike badly, but I lucked out and found an even better replacement, |

my 99 s3 FSM states that there were no (t) models built in 1999. i thought mine was a (t) model because it has big bags.according to the serial number it is not a (t) model because they were not built in 1999 |

Easy_rider, I have to get my information over to you. I have not been on badweb at least not in this forum for a while. What information are you looking for? I assume that I should follow what is listed within your spreadsheet? I will try and send you this information tonight. |

T-Head, Excellent point. I always think of mine as a T, though it was technically sold as a "basic". I'll go through the 99's and change the T to a (T), to show the correct nomenclature while still designating the current configuration. C-Head, Congrats. I'll post this weekend. Jr, Follow what's listed. The CA column should probably go away. The year, colors, and who you are are the most important, I'd think. Anything else is bonus. |

I usually post every other Sunday to try to keep from loading up the website. Generally there are only a couple of updates every couple of weeks. Things were out of the normal pattern yesterday, and midnight tomorrow is the last day to qualify for the FREE SHIRT, so I think I'll post the update then. Looks like I've got 8 additions to make. We're picking up steam!!! |

And the winner is..... Gowindward!!! (from where I'm sitting it's kind of funny!) File is attached. The number was chosen by hitting the calculate (F9) a few times on my own to make sure the function was set up right, and then recalculated by hitting F9 the number of times chosen by my daughter (5). Final answer = 229, within the Gowindward group. You'd have thought I'd have posted a pic by now, just hasn't worked out. It's the shirt given out at the IMS shows - size L. Loren - I need an address.
