I've got four kids and stay pretty busy, so my rides are usually "its 4:30 on a sunday, and I got all my work done, can I sneak out for 45 minutes" type deals... I'm easy to bait though |

I should be there from Apr onwards, allow a few weeks to get the bike and stuff and I'll be ready to ride. Is it getting warmer? |

Yup! 40's and sunny this afternoon... with a steady warming trend. Every now and then we will get one more cold blast this time of year, but it generally will come and go quickly. If you get one of the bikes with the handguards, put on a set of polly heaters, and get some decent insulated gear, you can ride 6-9 months out of the year easy... |

I'm going to be riding tomorrow after work with some guys from work. Couple of fast riders in the group. I don't know the route, so I'll be following. I think we are riding south of town into KY. Anybody that wants to join, should post up and I'll let you know when and where Eric H. |

Great riding in all sorts of direction (except maybe due north). Anything along the Ohio and the Little Miami is likely to be a great ride. And take at least one ride to Rabbit Hash on a sunny saturday afternoon... |

Hey! Hopefully I will get my buell this saturday (... OH! long story, so long). I'd like to take a short vacation on July 4th and ride down to Nashville. The idea is to leave on friday 3rd and be back on sunday 5th, so it's just two nights out. Trip will be 0. Leaving at 9am from Cinci on July 3rd 1. Cinci to Lousville on US42, 120mls, 2:30hrs 2. Lousville to Nashville on I65, 180mls, 2:45hrs 3. First night in Nashville on July 3rd 4. Visit Nashville on July 4th 5. Second night on July 4th 6. Leaving at 9am from Nashville on 5th 7. Nashville to Springville on 431, 30mls, 0:30hrs 8. Springville to Scottsville on US100, 50mls 1:45hrs 9. Scottsville to Burksville on US100, 60mls, 2:15 hrs 10. Burksville to Lexingyon on US68, 130mls, 3:00 hrs 11. Lexington to Cinci on I75 or US68+US52 depending on time and mood. This is just an idea, feel free to make suggestions as I just moved to USA and I don't know anything about those places and roads ... I just picked up the routes from motorcycleroads.us. We can shorten the programme as I guess on sunday it looks pretty tiring. Anyone interested? We could join with buellers from KY and TN as well. Let me know. Drop me mails for pdf of the maps and for contact details. I know most of you will prefer to spend holiday with family ... bring wives too, I think they will enjoy. OH! Yes ... those roads are twisty ... but I am on my temporary permit and those will be the very first miles on the bile. Gianluca (Message edited by radioelasais on June 23, 2009) |

Gianluca, Sounds like a good trip. We'll be in the neighborhood but on the other side of the mountains and in a pickup truck. We're going down to pick up an RD350 and stopping along the way north of Asheville to do some rock hounding in an old mine. After we pick up the bike we're headed to Franklin, NC to visit some friends and celebrate the 4th. I live in north-central Indiana but come through your neck of the woods quite often. If you ever consider a trip north ping me. We have some pretty cool things in our back yard like Winchester Speedway, James Dean's hometown and gravesite, a private motorcycle museum and a War of 1812 battlefield just to mention a few. Ride Safe, JB2 |

You guys still riding Buells in and around Cincinnati? I will be moving to Dayton in August, and haven't found anyone in that area on BadWeb yet. I will check back in a couple months. |

I live in Lebanon, and commute to Springboro any time the temps are above freezing and less then 35% chance of rain... Look for a big yellow Uly (or little blue XB9SX if I haven't sold it yet) and a big yellow guy (First Gear Kilamanjaro Air jacket). F&S Buell was always pretty good to me, and claimed they will keep supporting the brand, but didn't have a footpeg in stock last time I was there (which was unusual, while Buell existed they always had a very good in stock inventory). |

New Buell in Lebanon - just got an XB12 after riding an SV for several years. I will likely need to tap into the knowledge of the local expert Buellers. Will look to this thread for any local events. |

I just moved to Beavercreek, outside of Dayton. I ride an 08 XB9SX and I have a Night Train. I have experience changing out exhaust and headers on 9s and 12s. Would like to get out and ride soon... |

Welcome to all the newcomers into the Buell world. It has been pretty quiet in here historically (me included) but I always seem to catch a glimpse of Buellers out riding in this area. I just saw a badass black & orange tuber (couldn't tell if it was an S1 or M2) roaring down Beechmont Ave. here in Cincy last Saturday. |
