Read the AMA rule book for the Daytona Sportbike class they do not have a 3lbs per HP rule ,they only have a weight limit which is 385 lbs for twins, 375 lbs for triples, and a 365 lbs limit for 600cc fours . The Buell 1125RR got a competion allowance to weigh only 365 lbs . |

Is that considered the "factory team" now? I don't understand, I thought it was officially still the dealership? Guess I missed a memo. Certainly not the first. |

WTF. Seriously. Of all the silly things to get taken out of the lead over. I thought he did a pretty good job of riding the bike with that giant hunk of flap flappin' in the wind though. Crappin' crap. |

and if that was not bad enough... it took them forever to fix it, one foot of duct tape and 2 tie wraps..... then the rider got in there with the blue tape to show them how it's done |

What a kick in the sack!! I feel terrible for Eslick and Richie Morris Racing. Richie's a really nice guy, and Eslick is a great kid! I hope this doesn't break that team's spirit. I know they'll be back with a vengeance for the next round. Disappointing to say the least!! Bodywork WTF!!! Schmitty |

This is a really strange race. Some wierd-ass things happening - even understanding that wierd things happen racing. |

OK I got up to get a drink and forward the wash. Why is the leader in the back now? did I miss something big? Guess it's time to rewind... |

That's what I was saying Court - Eslick came out in 68th after the pod droopage. Then he started turning 1:49 laps while the leaders were high 1:50s. Then you throw the yellows and the red flag - 2 wheel NASCAR - anything can happen. |

Higbee in 6th and Eslick's up to 21st. Looks to me like the 1125R's got the goods if the bodywork will stay on. Eslick's got some serious skills! |
