Im not sure if I want to sell it or not, but $$$$ is not grown on trees..... It is black primered, solo tail, cafe bars, vance and hines slip on.... Rear shock is no good. It was originally black/black, just ran out of money restoring it. Will have to pull it out of the shed to get pictures.... 24k miles, runs like a carbed buell. Hate to think of this, but I'm going to test market..... Anyone following my shock thread will be dissapointed to hear that I don't even have the money to finish the shock right now. Can't find a job! So, let me know how interested you guys are, and if it is worth more painted. I have the ability to borrow $$ and do the 2 stage properly, sealing tank so no bubbles will appear...... |

as soon as it's not raining......... I'm almost done priming it, now just going over it with a bright light seeking out any misperfections and shaving them...... My booth is too humid to finish the paint, hopefully tomorrow the humidity will drop. |

No one wants to buy an S1w? I will have pics up this week, just tell nature to quit snowing on me. BTW I will deliver this bike anywhere in the 48 for the cost of truck rental and gas. I could use a road trip! |

Doh, you're right. And I thought I was all alone!!! Well, I guess I can quit bishing now since it is my fault I didn't load pics. I will load some asap. I might even break out the spade shovel and dig a path to pull the bike out....... (Message edited by malott442 on March 04, 2009) |

got the snow shoveled enough to move the Camaro out of the way..... Heres pics As you can see, the body isn't even bolted down, just laid it on there for pictures. Bike will need: Turn signals Rear shock I can assemble everything else. IF someone is serious about it. If not, the body is getting stripped to bare plastic and painted Onyx black 2 stage with 5 coats clear...... Then probably keeping her.

As you can see, the header is kinda FUBAR as well, and the belt is not on it. If someone is interested, I will take a day and assemble the bike, and prepare it for a showing. Not sure if I want someone riding it with a blown shock on it, or even with my prototype push shock...... I can ride it next to the car I guess. Sounds cheesy, but unless cash is in my hand can't risk someone dumping it. |

also the odometer trip reset is not working. I'm trying some PB blaster on it...... Like stated before, this bike comes with a 2000x1 millenium frame with clear title (FL), matching gas cap, fuel cell, fuel pump, custom aluminum swingarm with a hayabusa rear rim 24/48t sprockets, x1 wiring harness, oil tank, crossroads 7 degree bar ends, x1 motor minus the heads, cams, and cam cover, dirt bike bars, clubman bars, an s1 fuel cell and front fender (yellow)... and any other thing I may find laying around all for the best offer. Snag it so that I may start my grieving process now. (Message edited by malott442 on March 06, 2009) (Message edited by malott442 on March 06, 2009) |

Today I installed the s1 peanut tank on it, slipped the belt in, and started writing up a shopping list for her. She's getting an oil change, new plugs, a new ignition switch with key (there was no key, just a switch when I bought it) and a couple odds and ends. I'm gonna throw my millenium footpegs on her, replace the fuel line (kinda hard feeling) and fire her up tomorrow. I'm gonna also hang the muffler with better hardware and probably replace the exhaust gaskets..... I've got one person interested, still taking bids..... I'm firm on price. I just can't let her go for less...... |

??????????????? If you read the post, I attempted to close it back in march by saying it wasn't for sale anymore. I opened a new one up this month with a new price based on increased time and money invested into bike, as well as the seasonal change. Note my March 11th post. I also see this is your first post, and welcome to BadWeb. Feel free to introduce yourself to your local riders in the stormfronts section |
