I've never seen a set like this before. I'm wondering if they weren't custom made. Almost looks like bar ends made to work on the factory post. I like em!

I agree, looks like bar ends with a special bracket to mount where the factory ones did... I bet you could make it easily/on the cheap.

My guess is a piece of either bar stock, or tube, bolted to the mirror mount point. Between the bolthead and the tube, they inserted a bar-end mirror mounting piece. Think handlebar, turned 90 degrees.
