To say that Obama is BLACK is in itself a racist statement. He is as white as he is black. Kinda like back in the antebellum days (ahhh, good old days when they still bought/sold slaves for plantation work) - an "octaroon" was considered black because he/she had 1/8 "black blood." I say that ANYBODY who calls Obama "BLack" or "African American" is a racist... period. | ||

I have to apologize for my comment guys. But I am tired of going to the stores and being bombarded by the garbage that is being sold. We did not have any of this for any other President that was in office. If there was I missed it. Any way I have to agree with you Court & Slaughter. I am willing to give him a chance. But I’m not backing down on this garbage so called Stimulus Package. There is nothing there to stimulate the economy. It’s a TAX problem for our kids that we won’t get rid of. | ||

black white whatever, everyone one says oh in this day and age it shouldnt even be an issue. i believe the majority of white people dont even care about that stuff anymore. but the blacks just keep the racial stuff moving......its takes two to tango. and other than the fact that obama is black.....he doesnt have any experience and there is no history on the guy, not even birth certificates or school records.....all i can say is well see what happens in a year or so, when the poop hits the fan i know where is will stand, armed and ready. im sad to see out country embraced a nobody, no matter what he looks like or who he is.....compared to other candidates he is a fly on the wall in the house | ||

When I find someone protesting being called a racist I defer to "Me doth think the lady protesteth too much". I think everyone is a little racist. Do you get mad when someone messes with a family member? The stuff on that board is not new. People get so wrapped up in being politically correct that common sense goes out the door. I back the office of President, even when the population that put a man in the office are ignorant and emotional in making choices. I was called a stupid old white guy after a being asked who I was voting for and giving an honest answer. I don't base my thoughts on a man's race, I base it on the man. That is why I did not vote for him. I do pray for him daily. The same as I prayed for the president before him. Thanks Crusty, I think we are going to the Backfire Board now. | ||
