Ok, I have been watching these on eBay, since they had Buell in the title. I was waiting to see if there were any takers, but no one has bought any yet. So, what's the word on these...Will the bolt right up??? I have not a clue. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ewItem&item=270334364570&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3 AIT&viewitem= |

It looks like one I've got that was part of a kit that Drag Specialties sold, and American Sport Bike had sold as well. Dean |

Reminds me of the Alphine stereos they used to sell in swapmeets back in the day. I would be VERY surprised if that was an authentic Brembo. |

No, it won't bolt up. The stock caliper has offset mounts and is floating. The Brembo's mounts are equal in the "Y" and "Z" planes, and it's bolted on solid, not floating style. |

The one I have that looks like that uses a different mounting bracket, and is not floating. I can't get a good enough look at that caliper to see if the mount holes are threaded or not. Dean |

The stock BREMBO used on the tubers has to float being a single piston caliper. Will this item work? It is not a direct bolt on item. I am currently using this BREMBO design as a mock-up. Making an adapter plate to attach it to the stock hanger. Just one of those many projects that have piled up on the bench. |
