The toughest part is always getting started, but once you get on there and get going, invariably you feel better! And hey, just think, how many of your coworkers work out regularly, right? By getting on the treadmill you're already putting forth more effort than most of them, I'd bet. Hell, I'm in the Army and half of my coworkers only work out when they're forced to...

Time to man up guys!!
I know I have been hitting the cardio this week a bit more. My BF% is going down though as I guess I am gaining muscle finally. Love to lift but HATE cardio.
Looks like my weight didn't drop this week, but my body fat % did. I guess that's good. The pisser is that I was 207 on Wednesday or Thursday I think. Must have eaten too much!
Still 280 lbs... but I lost 140 lbs this weekend. The G-F has finally moved out. I feel soooo much lighter indeed. We now return you to your regularly scheduled bacon wrapped sausage with velveeta, mushrooms and bacon center abstinence fest.
After riding the NutriSystem train from 235 to 190 back in Aug-Oct, I let myself creep back up. I'm not ordering anymore NS food, but I'm getting back to daily elliptical stepper training. Today's weight 211.6. We'll see what kind of # I can pull next week.
Oh Gawwd NO! I reserve that for other folks, thanks anyways.
Nah, I was thinking how if I was ten years younger and not so covered with responsibilities, I would like to get on the track with you to see if I could steal a couple of those gravy sucking trophy's you won.
I will probably be back in a race car in the next year or two.
Finally! For the first time in a few years I have hit on a med that has my BP in check! Now I can get serious about bending my diet and joining the weight loss clinic my family has been so successful with.
1/27/09 - 215 lbs - 26.9 % body fat 2/1/09 - 213 lbs - 25.9 % body fat 2/8/09 - 210 lbs - 25.4 % body fat 2/15/09 - 210 lbs - 24.7 % body fat 2/23/09 - 208 lbs - 27.1% body fat
These next two weeks I expect to lose weight and gain body fat. I have my PhD comps starting today, so I won't be doing much other than studying, writing, and reading. I haven't worked out since last Thursday. And right after comps is spring break, so I bet three weeks from now I will either be back to where I started or close...
Ok, haven't posted in a few weeks. Partly cuz I got canned from my job and don't spend as much time in front of a computer now, and partly cuz I was tired of posting my sad numbers and wanted to get to work before posting again.
