I have a 2003 Buel XB9S and i am always having to replace the 30 Amp fuse which then causes the bike to stop when i am riding it. I have had it at Harley Davidson and they say they cannot find the fault fron the diagnostic tests that they do. The fuse blows at no particular time, but only when riding the bike. I am baffled and do not know were to start. At present i have to ride the bike with a handful of fuses in my pocket in case the fuse blows. Could anyone please assist me
Thanks Andrew

I'd bet on a grounded out wire in the wiring harness where it goes past the steering
head tube.

Intermittent electrical faults are very hard to pin down, especially when they occur
as pinched wires that are broken inside the insulation. However that is no excuse for
the dealer not being able to find it.
