Does anyone have the front and rear wheel tire change procedure as well as torque specs? Also what's the best way to jack the bike up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

What Spectrum suggests about bouncing the forks is very good practice. It gives the sliders an opportunity to run freely in the fork body. |
