Does anyone know how big of a job replaceing the pushrod tubes seals are. Or any other info I might need for this job. thanks. |

You'll need to pull the rockers to get the pushrods out. If you haven't replaced your opd yet it would be a good time to go after that too imo. |

Oldironsides you may want to consider getting the one piece push rod tube bases. They're fairly cheap, around $45 for a pair, and can be sourced from several places. American Sport Bike and NRHS come to mind right off the bat. They replace the two smaller pieces at the base of the push rods, hence the name I guess. It's a fairly cheap upgrade and since you're already there and all. |
