Hey all!..and Teach..sounds great! We will try for more in time! So much more potential with this engine,FI-Mapping/ Tuning, etc. The K&N is not available yet, I will be one of the first to get one and test with this system. I will keep you posted. Now my 1125CR is new and had under 600 miles when they dynoed..and then had oil change(looked great). Expect more power/torque with break in and time/dyno runs. I have heard from Harley/Buell factory that they have close to 168-170HP+ Rear wheel HP with new superbike 1125R....(they already got 150 rear wheel HP last year with tuning alone/ECM,etc. What can we expect for 2010 model! Sounds exciting. |

I am thinking very hard about a CF Jardine. I just don't want it to sound like the D&D. Personally that think thing kills my ears. I commute to work but want something with a deeper tone that won't have the neighbors mad. |

WTF I love it, Jardine rep is on here trying help, and you want to cheap him out of his fair share... Nice. My Jardine just got installed, only got to ride down the street and back in front on the shop thus far. First impression... need a steering dampener as wheel danced above the ground from power up until 9000 or so.. stock mapping goes way lean up on that end. Retuning with race map as we speak... more later. T |

Hey Chris Neely of Jardine who is working with me will explain how his tuning works. It works off the stock ECM, not an actual piggy back card?. I will explain more. He gave me some dyno jet figures/chart of over 140HP RWHP on the chart for my bike after tuning. Now my bike is new 600+miles and they were easy on it...supposedly. LOL! I will keep you posted of more info/tuning,etc. See below att: Rob Buell Specialist Skip Fordyce HD/Buell 951 785-0100 Ext 226 Att: Email from Chris Neely w/Jardine RE: Buell 1125R Dyno Chartū From: Chris Neely (cneely@jardineproducts.com) Sent: Thu 2/12/09 11:13 AM To: 'Rob Kreiner' (supermotomx@hotmail.com) 2 attachment(s) image001.jpg (10.2 KB), 08 Buell_...jpg (199.6 KB) Here is the chart, I must of forgot to attach it. Piggy backs also change your timing and oher factors. We made all this power with fuel addition and controller with the exhaust. If we started to throw in timing it would be more as well. Not to mention the cost difference. Piggy back units affect your stock curve and are more invasive on the ECM. Our unit does not affect the ECM at all. Only inbetween the fuel injectors and O2 sensors. CHRIS NEELY MECHANICAL DESIGNER Summit Industries Inc. 1220 West Railroad St. Corona, CA 92882 (Message edited by racerxusa on February 12, 2009) |

Hi..I was trying to post dyno charts of my 09 Buell 1125CR but cant copy/paste. Its been an issue with some pics also on this forum? Any suggestions since I do it with limited access from the Harley/Buell dealership. I will let Jardine get involved on here soon when they have more information and prices on tuning card, etc. Thanks again. Most dealerships can order the Jardine, since they have been popular for us to order for XB Lightning/Firebolts models for some time. |

Rob, instead of copy/paste, probably be easier to do a screen capture, then manipulate the image as a .jpg until you can get it sized correctly to post. Barring that, send it to someone else to do the image manipulation for you. e.g. PM it to me & I'll post it up here. Tom, don't think any sponsors have been stocking them, as far as I know. |

Bumpus H-D/Buell now has one in stock! I don't currently know pricing off hand but I will find out and post. Make sure you have a way to tune once you have pipe. It is not compatible with stock map. www.BumpusHarleyDavidson.com 615-849-8025 Ask for Buell parts (Sean or Dave or Steve) |

Just a quick update... Just got back from a 25 mile ride with the Jardine Slip-on / K&N Filter and the Remus Powerizer....must say it sounds excellent! Going to try and get some more miles on this evening if it does rain but so far it feels like a really nice/smooth setup ill post some more on it after some more miles didn't ride enough and only got a chance to really get on it once |

A place on Flea Bay has them shipped to your door for $399.00. Excellent price. I'm just concerned it will be too loud. I really wish it had a DB Killer so I could cork it when I needed to; touring, group rides, etc. Uncork it for track days. I had a set of Ti Akrapovics on my FZ6; 80 db M to F, 95 db on the track, nice flexibility. |

Yeah its a pretty loud pipe i agree... i live in base housing and i always have to push my bike out of the garage and towards the street to start it so it wont bother the neighbors to much |

Just got back from a pretty decent ride tonight....put on a little over 75 miles with a little freeway riding but mostly back roads. Must say using the SOTP dyno the bike pulls strong with this setup. I think its still a lean even with the powerizer but will know for sure after a dyno run hopefully within the next week or 2. MY AFV's are still at 105/105 like they were before with just the K&N filter but i only drove 100 miles with this setup so far. Overall im real happy with the sound and performance....for now anyway i think a good dyno tune would make the world of difference. |

Big. Remember that when tuning on the dyno especially at high end to leave it a little fat because the forced air that will be on the airbox on the road can't be duplicated on a dyno. T |

What's the OD for the pipe just after the collector? I know the header OD is 1.75" but I was curious to see if it's the same size after it. |
