I appologize, but have performed many searches and cannot find an absolute-straight answer. I split the rubber hose btwn the rear shock and resevoir, I noticed that some oil came out. My question is: did I lose the pressure charge in the shock through the hose, thereby requiring a complete rebuild? Or can I fix the hose and put some kind of oil into it and the resevoir to get by until I can afford a new shock. I ask because I would think I would have heard an obvious "WHOOSH" and the oil would have shot out, not just dripped, if the pressure was released. Thanks for your time, Kyle |

You are gonna need to send the shock out for servicing. Not a rebuild unless you want it done also. There are several shops listed in these pages that will work on the OEM shock. |
