Anybody using these? http://www.preeng.com/xcart/images/T/100_2580.jpg Post your experience/reviews please. Just curious if any cables would need to be replaced. At 1", I wouldn't think so but just to be safe. |

I have the fatbar clamps that come with a 1" riser. You should be fine without having to replace any cables. I can't say enough good about Andy and the guys at Precision Engineering. They make good stuff! |

I use those...and fits great. I am using aftermarket bars at the moment, but I'm sure you will be fine. |

I've got those installed with the stock bars. They fit great, I got the black ones and they don't match as far as color goes! I also have the foot pegs and they are the bomb! |

I've used those on my 06 and my 09. They work great-no cable adjustments and they raise the stock bars enough to feel really comfortable. Highly recommended. |

I just put a set on my XT. Installation was a breeze; I didn't need to change or re-route any cables. Yesterday was the shakedown ride. Terri and I rode down to Providence,RI for pizza. Just an easy ride of 150 miles to take advantage of the February thaw. I like the position of the bars a lot better. I think they'll stay. I also am eyeing the footpegs. However, Terri has been eyeing them as well for her Ss, so I think she'll be getting a set for Valentines Day. (Ain't love grand?) |

Got both the PreenG 1" risers & foot pegs. Both well designed & manufactured. The risers fit without stressing the cables and nicely reposition the bars. The pegs are a HUGE improvement. Fell off the stock pegs twice when they were muddy/wet. (at 29" inseam, I use the left peg to 'mount up') These really grip - the mud falls thru the gaps so you can stand on them with confidence - wider & more comfortable on the ride - and foot placement same as stock. Everything one could want for VD (that would be Valentines Day) present - and almost as cheap as a Doz delivered roses! |

Thanks for the replies. Order sent for risers and footpegs! Can't wait. Farkeling the Uly is such good fun. One can never start planning for a trip to Alaska too early. |

Those foot pegs on Dempster or Dalton will be a life saver. If those roads are wet - gonna be snotty. But great ride!! Good luck. j |
