Hey, I've got a 2000 Buell Cyclone. Last season, when I had a passenger, the bike would bounce after every bump. I don't know that the shock is stiff enough. Is there any way to stiffen the stock shock, or rebuild it? Am I going to get stuck paying 700 bucks on an adjustable Penske shock? Thanks. Erik |

Aftershocks will rebuild and custom valve your shock, they can also replace the spring for you (google aftershocks suspension). Management may have changed (there seems to have been some sort of merger) and prices have prolly gone up, but I paid $254 for my rebuild using the standard spring a year and a half ago. (another badwebber emailed me a little while ago to see how much I had paid and was the complete service included, all I could come up with was my credit card statement for the price) But the Works and Penske are supposed to be slick, seems like they're a little more than seven bills though. Al can order one up for you... |

You can get the Works shock as well...Cheaper than the Penske... Or, check ebay for a replacement. |
