stripping the bike down...anyone make a headlight replacement lense for the opening when you take the headlights out? JT |

Buell Racing has some I do believe. Haven't seen/heard anyone else as of yet. Other option is to get a race fairing from 1 of the sponsors w/out the cutouts. |

Nope, there was someone that races was higbee's bike maybe that had some custom inserts made of metal before the race fairing started coming out. |

aluminum stock. take a it and cut it to shape before or after annealing. take a oxy/acetylene torch then put soot over the pieces then heat the pieces until the soot goes away. now u have aluminum thats like butter u can use the lens as templates. just bend it over them. polish the pieces and bam ur set. |
