I was planning several "upgrades" to Persephone this winter season.... Custom paint job - finished, clear coated today, pics to come in a couple weeks when reassembled '09 Frame insulation kit - installed and covered by BMC (thanks!) Headers wrapped in silver wrap Dark Horse Moto sliders - will be installed when new tires go on next week. Buell 1125R tail bag. The wishlist also had included : GPR stabilizer Jardine exhaust but my budget will now only allow for either or.... Which would you choose and why? I'd go w/ the exhaust. The damper is cool, but just relax and enjoy the wiggles! Rob |

The BMC insulation is 3 tiny pieces that are way overpriced. I don't see how it will help at all. YOu would be much better off getting the heat shielding from American Sport Bike. There is plenty to cover the inside of the tank real good and it sticks well. However, if you only partially rotation the engine you will have a hard time getting complete coverage, esp on the clutch side.. |

Has anyone definitively tested the Remus Powerizer? Just curious...Up front, sure sounds like it falls to the same initial fate as the "look at this junk" thread, but it sure would be good to have supporting fact. |
