Perfect! I wonder what the date on this video is. Evidently the talk worked. Their police forces are kicking ass now. "I guarantee you'll get into a fire fight, and I guarantee you'll f*ck some people up!" Classic! |

More soldiers like him would end the conflict much sooner and for the better. |

If the Iraqi's had half of this guys heart for their country as he has for America and Iraq the war would have been over many moons ago. (Message edited by paw on February 06, 2009) |

The sad thing is that there is so much touchy-feely PC crap nowadays that a speech like that is usually frowned upon. I've known leaders who gave fired up speeches like that and got their asses handed to them. It's too bad - 99% of the Soldiers love a fired up speech versus a politically correct monologue. It's the other 1% who ruin it. |

Telling it like it is is never a bad thing. I'm about ready to take that exact kind of attitude to the steps of Capitol Hill. Who's with me? |

All that touchy feely shit is one of the reasons I left the Army. Not allowed to swear at recruits!!?!?!?!?! Some words in the English language are put there to use for emphasis. |

>>>>Somebody needs to make a speech like that to our "leaders" in Washington. I'd vote for that guy for President. How many condoms or square yards of sod you think he'd be pushed into paying for to help improve his economy? I'm all for giving that talk to politicians of both parties. Our politicians are an embarrassment and it's guys like that that make me proud to be an American. |

I hear ya. I hate it like hell when discourse like that is heard on TV and all you hear is "bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... bleep... ." That kind of censorship really takes the wind out of a speech. (Message edited by sparky on February 07, 2009) |
