Yep, and most of it is race-license only stuff. *Good* stuff...but they're being smart about distribution. |

The P&A catalog is also available for download as a PDF off the Buell website. There is some race stuff in the back of the catalog. http://a1264.g.akamai.net/7/1264/1354/a9ee727eacaf 91/www.buell.com/en_us/_media/pdfs/gear/Buell-Prod ucts-Catalog.pdf |

What's this "have Duga get a hold of me" stuff? He's a busy guy - Have your dealer call him for pricing and availablity. If you are racing, you already have his contact information. Call your dealer or GO to the dealer and talk to the parts guys - they are the ones who have to get you your stuff. Duga is approachable and helpful - but he IS BUSY. |

Now Henry is a guy that you need talk to. You'll call him for info on something and he'll tell you about a lot of other things going on at BMC. Worth the call! Good luck man |

I have talked to Henry, but when I call I usually talk to Jamie Moncada. Great bunch out there. Start at your dealership Parts counter. Z |

Actually if you do talk to Henry you'll find out that the 1125 chain drive swingarm kit is 2100+. Because it also includes rearsets. When I asked he said he had 50 of em ready to go. |

The chain drive conversion kit retails for $1779.00, a price reduction from Henry's originally quoted price. They are in stock now. Buell race parts are generally listed in the P&A catalog in their own section, but for a few specialized parts aimed at professional racing you need to talk to Henry. Currently, the only parts requiring proof of race license are the ECU kit and any racing exhausts. |

Any idea what the price point will be for the exhaust? Any word on availability? |

from what i have heard buell is not going to offer a exhaust, for epa reason |

I believe that Buell WILL offer an exhaust for race only and already offers the race-only ECM. EPA isn't an issue for licensed racers. If it DOES get to market, the exhaust will be a FULL system - not a slip-on - so it isn't going to be cheap. |

Les, ya, in primer. It's still too cold here and my space is not heated well. It still looks okay. Now that it looks like it will be a couple of months before my exhaust is ready I'm going to mount the belly pan with the stock exhaust and get it ready for finish painting next month. Trackdays and classes get in the way too. We have a trackday weekend this coming weekend and school the weekend after that. Pics when done! Tony, how's it going with you? What bike will you be taking to the track? Your profile shows an older Buell. BTW I saw the factory exhaust at Vegas two weeks ago. On stock engines those guys had much more power than me. Of course you have to consider they were pro riders getting much more charge out of the turns than me a newbie at his second race. |

Please let us know what you think of the Catalyst bodywork. It looks heavier than the Flexiglass stuff but more simple to work with. I have the Flexiglass sides & under tail with Airtech seat, airbox & upper fairing. BTW I just wired mine last month. Takes a little time. What tires are you using? I've been through a few sets of BS BT003's and like them. But the pros I've talked to say that Pirelli tires are the way to go on track for the 1125. Not sure which tire (slicks or DOTs). I'll let the tire guy tell me. |

>>>I believe that Buell WILL offer an exhaust for race only That's "kinda" true . . . there is an EXCELLENT (I'd go so far as to say fully optimized") system completed. . . but it ain't cheap and is not for sale yet. It's a matter, as they say in engine building, of fine tuning the program. |

over here in the UK we don't need a racing licence to get the Buell Race parts, have you ever thought of reimporting the gear you need with a tax free sale from a European dealer? |

Call Henry back. He just told me last week that they're looking for a new supplier because the current supplier was too expensive. BTW the new pipe sounds great. You could hear it over almost the entire track at Vegas. Obviously a track only pipe. |
