I don't know if anyone follows Roadracing World, but the had a link on there for www.Onthethrottle.tv which has been posting live interviews with racers and a lot of footage. They just posted an interview with Shaun Higbee at Daytona, and quite a bit of Buell footage on the track. I first saw them when they did live coverage at Laguna Seca a few months ago. They show a LOT of video and interviews at the track. WELL worth checking out. They have a huge archive of their live stuff as well. |

Yeah, with the grainy nightime footage and the plain black race fairing on the 1125R- it actually doesn't look too bad. If it only looked better in daylight |

DOn't you have an overweight, out-dated Aprilia to ride? Ewww it looks SO good, but performs...well let's just say it has a ways to go until it matches up with Buell's latest. And the looks are debatable on your beloved Aprilia, just in case ya didn't know....Congrats on buying Rotax's old technology...and you are wondering why it was such a great buy? Doesn't take a genius to put two and two together. I wonder what it would be like to goto an Aprilia enthusiast site and talk sh$t on those bikes? Oh yeah, I forgot. I have some class. |

Fresno- brother, chill... had a bad New Year's Eve? Didn't you see the ? You know I like to jab at the aesthetics of the 1125 (in good fun). All of us here have opinions, and some of us share them. And yes, I share my opinion on all forums I'm a member of... no one is safe. The next time you start to slow boil about some irreverent comment I make, just remember it's constructive criticism- not talkin' $hit. After all, I'm a Buell owner (multiple) and damn proud of it. Yes, the Aprilia is old-tech Rotax, chassis is long in the tooth, power is marginal, and styling is old-school, but it serves it's purpose- a reliable Italian sportbike. And I'd much rather ride it than that gawd-awful ugly Buell... HA! got ya again!!! It's all good, Fresno- hope your year gets better. |

I was looking through old posts and saw Fresno eating on Spaghetti Bikes. I have an Italian noodle myself. But we all ride Buells for a reason. I do have to agree that the 1125r is ugly. I ride the CR but its a hell of a lot more appealing than the R. |
