Will a firebolt pass pad fit the 1125? I noticed a larger (read plusher, wider) On a firebolt and was a factory piece. I didn't see the owner around to trial fit, so I was left wandering if it would fit. As the tail section looks identical. Help! Mmt pass is complaining!!! | ||

The tailbag fits, so I would guess the seat would fit also. Maybe a false assumption, but I'd have bought one without even thinking there's a chance it may not be interchangeable. | ||

I bought the Firebolt "touring" passenger seat, which has en extra inch or two of padding. At the HD shop the best we could do to check compatibility was to fit the standard Firebolt pillion on the R (it's the same, as noted above). The touring seat not only fits perfectly, it is MUCH more comfortable --- not only for the passenger (according to my wife), but also for the rider. The extra padding greatly reduces passenger bounce, making for much nicer ride. Price was about $130 I think. Highly recommended. |
