Thanks Jim, that is what I was looking for. Need a set of tires to get me to Oregon and back with a side trip in Utah. Don't want to spend anytime sitting still in a dealership if I can help it. |

Still working out the details as it is partially work related. With any luck they will pay mileage up to the cost of an airline ticket. Might have to use some vacation time but that is the price for admission. Just the idea of this happening has me jumping for joy. |

Tim please post up details about your trip to Oregon. My Fathers job is moving him there at the end of the month. He is going to put his bike in storage in Houston and I may get a chance to pick it up and deliver it for him. Just bought a Polaris 250 2 stroker, the day after it snowed! What a hoot that thing is, just need ear plugs. That "Thunder" bike must have a 6 ounce flywheel. That thing spins up so fast the needle is just getting to the top when the motor is back at idle! B-E-A-utiful. Brankin, Kristi you have mail. |

Had to head up to our property up in Patrick Springs,Va to take delivery of a shed,so I loaded the Supermoto in the van(just in case)Well it was 55-60 degrees up here today.I got a good run in the gravel on Bull Mountain rd,Hit 40 up towards Ferrum, back down to Shooting Creek road, hit the parkway to Meadows of Dan,then over Lovers Leap on 58 to Stuart, and finished it off with a run on Dobyns Rd.Some road salt & sand,a little slushy ice on the parkway, but it sure was great to get away from the coast & ride some"real roads" |

Dfishman - We will definitely have to get together in the mountains. Your place is only 30 miles from my father-in-law's cabin. I ride up there about every three weeks to take care of the place. Mike W. - Glad to see you are getting more riding in. Take it easy and hope to see you on that new Aprilia soon. How are the repairs on the BMW coming? Fly - I'm jealous. The best I was able to due was get mileage back home to Cincy, but that was before I was riding long distances, so I took the Camry. |

Kristie, I'm just waiting for custom triple clamps to come from Germany and I can have the HP2 back on the road/dirt/whatever in a couple of hours. I've taken the the opportunity to do few upgrades as well. |

Dangit! Went to roll the bike out of the shed. Doesn't want to roll. I know it's in neutral. What the hell? Look down and see a flat rear tire. Oh well. At least it was almost worn out. Anyone know where I can find a Road Attack for less than $129 ? I have a front sport attack in real good shape to put on the front. |

New shoes, Bridgestone BT016's. It's a triple compound in 5 zones rear and double compound in 3 zones front. As opposed to the stock Corsa III's that are single compound front and double compound (3 zones) rear. They are also less expensive than the Corsa III's.

I am getting my concealed carry and still looking for somewhere to shoot a bit. I may have created a monster to join you. Amanda liked that experience a lot. We were discussing the cup again yesterday morning over breakfast. If you look at the picture of her shooting, the little black square she is shooting at is a frying pan. The cup was a McDonalds coffee cup, size small, impaled on a stick next to the pan. She had shot most of the box and had only one bullet left. She nailed the cup. Then when I complemented her she said "the sights are off to the left, so I had to compensate." And I'm just thinking "this is the first time you've shot a gun?" So now she says she wants a silhouette target, and she wants to be able to put all the bullets through the same hole. I guess there isn't anything wrong with having lofty goals. |

Yes, I think I've found a new hobby. Oh, and Jim was right except for one thing: the sight was pulling right, not left |

I just happen to be a member of a private outdoor range just north of Raleigh and go about 2 or 3 times a month. I always love to get new shooters involved in a great sport!! |
