I may be interested. Will these be custom made to order by rider weight or catalog shocks? |

There's a link on their page for an application guide. It also has pricing. For what its worth, I've been very happy with my catalog-purchased Works on my S2, both solo and 2-up. |

I'm sure that some of our sponsors here would be willing to offer 10% or more off of a Works shock, or even a Penske if they are a dealer for them. Try that route. |

what a conundrum - saving $$ versus supporting Al @ American Sport Bike hey Al, can you wet yer beak here by arranging a group buy for us at better than 10%? I, for one, think you're due a commission if you produce: [1] a way for us to save 10% [or more] AND [2] for American Sport Bike to profit as well I'm just sayin'...... |

I would be in if they weren't so dang expensive. Now if you could get them in the 300 range I could justify it. |

Would be very prudent to go through American Sport Bike, Al will ensure that you get the very best custom shock setup for you and your riding style. |

Please go with one of our sponsors. A group buy solicitation on the board here for a non-sponsor is problematic. If Al or any other sponsor is willing to work a group buy here, that is fine. Thanks for understanding. |

But why can we post links to ebay and craigslist for stuff then? But not talk about a group buy, something I don't get. |

Seems like a fine line between keeping the sponsors happy via exclusive advertising around the forum, and keeping the average user happy via the opportunity to share good deals with each other. If the prices are at least competitive I'll go with a badweb sponsor every time, but if there's a deal out there 10+% cheaper then I've gotta look out for my own wallet. Some may say that's not a "team player" attitude, but that's the beauty of a free market. If the sponsors here want 100% of my business they need to offer the best deal on 100% of the products I buy. |

Sorry Blake My Bad, Al's price is about the same as the cat price plus you got Al for Assistance, If all we can get is 10% I will get mine from Al. $699 is the base on line price for the durasport unit which IS rebuildable, and adjusted for your riding style. |

I'll do the 10% group buy thing if someone wants to administrate it as such...that is, someone provide me a single comprehensive list of the shocks that you want and the address/billing info. See my web store, I'd need a list that provided the rider weight, intended usage, which version (i.e. preload, reb, comp damping, etc), which eye-to-eye length, spring color, etc. Al |

"But why can we post links to ebay and craigslist for stuff then? But not talk about a group buy, something I don't get." Links to ebay or craigslist ads for retail products being sold by a non-sponsor are also inappropriate. If we see them, we delete them. Ads for used parts being sold by individuals, not as a retail major for-profit enterprise are okay, we let 'em go as there is no commercial exploitation issue there insofar as our sponsors are concerned. I hope that is clear as mud. |

Ok, so is that why the thread about the stickers was deleted? I was just trying to help out as I know tons of people would have wanted them. Yes, I guess as clear as mud can be. lol |

I hope that is clear as mud. Err actually better, the sponsors pay the rent here, you advertise to sell here you must sponsor here! all good for me, again my apologies, |

Anyone know the price of their non-adjustables...without the resevoir? I'd be interested list is ~ $699.00 on the WP site or from American Sport Bike thats no resi [next higher is ~$859. IIRC] resi and adjustable top shelf is ~ $910. Resi and adjustible Al's price is the same as the sight, and as posted above he is offering the discount for "group" buy on 10, |
