I think what Paul is having the issue with, is putting down the miles on the bike for the learned afv values, prior to dyno =) Being busy isn't conducive to miles on the bike. However, busy typically means job security, so that's a plus for him. | ||

On the KD Fab website, there is some pricing info on the ss drummers for the XB's. With hope it'll be not too much more that what those are, but I would imagine that this one is a little more complex b/c of the more complex bends in the head pipe. We will see! R | ||

$789.99...just a guess on the high side. $679.99 low, retail. Time will tell. Just how many that have posted here really do step up(?)...and if archives is of anything relevant to posting versus buying...yea. Carbonbigfoot will buy tho...no matter the cost! LOL! most all the parts are here now ....waiting on afv results to make the design stick....another box to arrive yet for the parts to build the collectors and after dyno results I can start building....it will happen soon, you guys know I don't rush a pipe just to get it on the market, it has to be good... M1, things are going ok...CF is high as usual, planning in the future to make a new mold, I doubt that I would ever make enough in quantity to make it worth my while though....I don't think the CF would make a very good choice of canister for the 1125, it has alot of compression and a whole bunch of heat coming through the pipes....I like the SS....give me a shout sometime.... | ||

That makes a lot of sense with regards to the compression and heat. I will as soon as I get an 1125 . And ... Both Dan and Jason here in Prescott love their Drummers . | ||

Hey Jerseyguy, where you at in NJ? Here at Ocean County we are having some nice additions to the dealership. For one being the new Buell showroom thats almost complete. Got the Buell club startin up and got soem nice things planned for this season. We got alot of anticipation for englishtown too, as you may have seen on here, buelltech6 is going for mid 9s. Juts figured i'd shout at ya as i'm always looking for more people to ride with. And lastly, i'm not thread jacking, i too cant wait for this drummer. any word on that 1st set of dyno sheets? | ||

To reiterate the current status: Gainsville HD has run a baseline dyno on a stock 1125. Paul installed one of the Drummer 1125r SS prototype on that bike. He then rode the bike for a couple of hundred miles to let the AFVs settle in. He then took it to a track day where he told us that the system was awesome. We are presently awaiting his second set of dyno runs to compare to the baseline runs. Kevin's making the collectors for the first 10 now. | ||
