BMC has had three or more reflashes to the ecu/ecm. Is there a BMC performance reflash or a performance reflash from some third party ??? Kinda like the Superchip for the Corvette or how Dinan does for BMW's. |

Spend some time searching Badweb. This has to be the single most discussed topic here. |

I'm not talking about a programable ECM option. I'm talking about a aftermarket reflash of the stock ECM. |

You can do what [I think] you want with a Windows computer (laptop works best), ECMSpy, an interface cable and some additional spreadsheet(s) that augment ECMSpy's functionality for the 2008 ECUs. However, you must realize that this and similar non government-approved modifications to the emissions systems constitutes tampering and is federally illegal for use on public roads in the USA. |

I was hoping for something that i could load and forget about. I really don't want to fiddle around with the mapping. |

I didn't wanna sound like an **shole - but everybody has been wanting to have an equivalent of the old plug-in "race module" that was tuned to operate properly with the race intake and exhaust. No go. |

I was hoping for something that i could load and forget about. I really don't want to fiddle around with the mapping. 3 Step Process: 1) Buy ECMSpy and other required hardware/software including an el-cheapo laptop if necessary. 2) Locate a capable tuner willing to tune your bike using their dyno and your provided tuning equipment from step 1. 3) Take bike in for dyno tuning and enjoy from thence forward. How hard is that? |
