BCS gives to much money to these colleges to have a playoff system. I think it would be much better with one. |

"CS gives to much money to these colleges to have a playoff system." Like they aren't making enough of the student body in tuition and books. I read an article that Harvard was worried that they only had 4 billion in coffers. A playoff would generate just as much money if they did it right. Why not take all the BCS bowls and make them the playoffs for a final? |

they could have a play off system with the bowls, and still have some bowl games for colleges that are out of the top ten.... GO OU! |

I am not a big fan of the BCS, I liked the old way of doing it. For teams like Utah who cry because they are undefeated and can't get into the National Championship, I say tough!!! Play some better opponets, whip their arse and get some recognition! |

without a playoff for the championship, I think the shouldn't call it the BCS Championship, Just the B.S. Championship! USC is still has the best football team in college football. |

Play some better opponets, whip their arse and get some recognition I bet they didn't see Michigan being that crappy when they put them on the schedule. They tried to play a tough team... WAY TO GO RICH ROD!! LOL |

"I bet they didn't see Michigan being that crappy when they put them on the schedule." When Michigan lost to Appalachian St last year. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts they said, "hey Michigan would be a good game for us." |

NCAA Division I sports schedules are put in place atleast 3 years advance. So I do not buy into the lets play Michigan theme. Why rely on a computer to spit out who gets to play in the BCS game, let the teams play you win, you go undefeated, you are #1. Simple as that. More than one team undefeated, let them play to see who is top dog. |

"NCAA Division I sports schedules are put in place atleast 3 years advance." Michigan was 7-5 and tied for 3rd in the Big 10 in 2005. They lost the Alamo Bowl. I was told that non-conference games are scheduled a year in advance, why? Because Bully's can keep schduling Bunny's as "pre-season" games. Don't know if that's true or not. |
