Here is a link/pic. They were on the Buell 1125CR Termignoni bike(Milan show) on this forum:

I think BaggerMike had them on his 1125r. Besides the "bling" factor, I don't know why I would spend the $'s.

PIX would be NICE.

I have a Braking rotor on one of my front wheels.

I think there is a benefit to it. Back to back comparison, between the same pad/caliper but different rotor, the Braking one feels better.

My understanding is that the shape provides more surface area for better heat dissipation.

Micron, and honestly I don't know the size, the Micron is a full system. The size varies because it is hydroformed

Okay, other than the "Bling Factor," what exactly is the benefit of a wave rotor? I see Kawasaki seems to have standardized on that type of rotor on their sport bikes, but I'm missing the point, I think. Why?

Its made by Badwebber Strada, www.palmer-products.co.uk

He has a picture of my bike on his website : D

He makes both the adjustable brackets im using and the screen too. It uses the same mounting pattern as the Uly screens so you can change to any of the Uly shields. Pics of my install:

Thanks for the pics guys!...I will have them soon for the 2009 1125R/CR and for my CR soon at the shop during the year!

Its about $145.00 for the stock front rotor w/bolts and $70 for the rear. So braking would be an OK upgrade when time to replace or.....The sintered brake pads front and back are a good deal by Braking though, lot cheaper and should be a good upgrade.

The original pic of CR/Braking at milan show...

I was told that the wave shape has more surface area on the edge compared to a round rotor. A squigley line (~) is longer than a straight line (-). This doesn't mean it has more swept area, just more surface area to get rid of heat. Hope I didn't confuse you, my analogies suck.

They let more air in-between the pads to keep heat down.

The fact they look good is just a example that you can have form and function together.

I've had'em on my X-1 and the S-1 even longer. I love them, went to one finger braking overnight. I just haven't had the dough to get those for the "25r" yet ,but eventually I'll get them on her.
