I received this in an e-mail today: Also all remaining 2008 Buell® 1125R motorcycles are selling at $7995.00. That is what we said $7995.00 with no additional fees. You pay tax and tag and ride out on two wheels of adrenaline pumping excitement. This might convince me to head down to Gainesville and pick one up. | ||

Gainesville H-D/Buell in Gainesville FL (home of the Gators!). They are a sponsor here, and Buellgator (recently on Drummer thread) is an employee. Its sad that they can't sell 1125's down there. We have yet to do a price cut and we are sell them on a fairly regular basis. | ||

We don't have a problem selling the bikes, what we do have a problem with is a dealer 30 minutes south of us willing to cut our nuts off every and any chance they get. They don't support the sport and I get the feeling that after they sell you a Buell they'd rather you never darken their door again unless you want to buy a Harley from them. We're doing this because we have lost as many Buell deals in the last two weeks to these jerks. Just turning it back around on them, I'd really rather not have to do this. | ||

Gainesville H-D/ Buell knows Buells!! They sell 'em, service 'em, support 'em and this year they are going to road race them!! If you are gonna buy a Buell and you want excellent "after the buy" experience, you should buy it from Gainesville H-D/Buell!!! | ||

Thats so cool! A dealer that understands supply and demand. Other dealers will pay $100 a month to park them in their storage over winter. Makes no sense to me. It's ok to sell them I'm sure Buell will gladly send you more if you ask. | ||

Check with Cycle Connection in Joplin, MO. I know they just got a giant shipment before Christmas of 08 1125Rs. They are a sponsor and may be willing to make a deal. | ||

Paul is a great guy and will take care of his customers, I can say from experience that you do NOT want to buy a bike from that dealership 30 miles south of Gville HD/ Buell. That's a heck of a deal man! Can't wait to get done with college so I can get me another Buell. Ken | ||
