This LOOKS pretty promising @ $216.00 but I'd like to hear from Slypiranna, Xb9, Gunter, Easyrider and others who have researched these unit fairly extensively. Care to chime in guys? |

Looks like another Power commander or TFI, and we all know how well that works on a Buell ECM that learns. Might work ok with closed loop permanently disabled Looking at the docs,the TPS/RPM resolution is no were near as fine as the stock ECM. I wonder if it handles fuel up to 10.5K, as everything I looked at was in the range of a big twin Maybe they have something different than what is in the docs for the 1125R - I would hope. I don't know why you would choose to add complexity and create more work when you can do a more precise job...you know..... without adding any additional hardware?? I had one on my X1. Ran terrible. The bike ran better when I took it off. It may have never been set up right to start with. It spit and backfired so much the bike was almost unridable. |

We have used them on big 120 cubic inch+ H-D Twin Cams with good results. They sent us one for an XB but we have not had time to play with it yet. It is one of the better self tuning systems around and it just might be a way to get a wide band 02 sensor in the system, who knows until we try. Al and I are planning to going to the Motor Sports Dealer Expo in Indy and have a few meetings with some of the different tuning hardware/software developers. Beyond seeing who is making what and if it will work on a closed loop system. Another goal will be trying to see who is going to be around after next year and if what they are selling will be there too. I've got one on my XB race bike and it works fantastic! I have zero complaints. The bike runs great at all rpm levels and all weather conditions. It did a fantastic job of smoothing out the dips in the torque curve. Money well spent. Schmitty |

Schmitty is it still running in closed loop at times, or since it's a race bike have you bypassed the 02 sensor? Thanks Terry JT&S Performance |

O2 sensor is still there. It is running with the stock ECM installed. I don't know about the open or closed loop. I had it tuned by Terry Galagan at Hal's, so I don't know all the details. I'm not real familiar with the tuning portion, I'm more concerned with improving my lap times. Schmitty |
