I've had the bike listed here before, not much action, I know, tight economy and all. Due to that tight economy I've found a great deal on an FXR and I really want to pull the trigger on it so help me out here BadWebbers! My S3T has 28K, Race Ecm, White Bros. pipe, new rear Showa 500 miles ago, has an NRHS billet front motor mount. New front tire, rear good for a couple thousand, it rolls on PM polished aluminum wheels. It has the fairing bags, has the large hard bags soft liners in really good condition, it's got a Ventura pack rack for a rear bag and a tank bra. The brakes are good, all the 25K services are done and it runs on HD Synthetics like it always has... there are a couple of paint chips and two bubbles on the plastics, no chips or other marks on the frame and I love that Nuclear Blue frame color! Only one thing missing. The clock... that's right, the clock is missing so I'm marking it down to $3500... I love the bike but my wife says there can be only one bike hers and she isn't comfortable on the Buell. Thanks for looking, email for more pics...

Thanks, I really hate to get rid of this bike, if I could keep both I would but that's not in the cards. I've always liked the FXR's (I guess anything Mr Buells worked on has turned out pretty good huh?) and it'll keep the little lady happy. After all isn't that the point? |

Snow came last night but we barely got any at 6600 feet of elevation, Vail 35 miles east got 3-4 inches... there's hope for one or two more rides this year!

...as cool as it would be to have a set of "1,2,3" bikes (S1W, S2, and the S3), I think my wife would kill me. Gorgeous bike, though. |

That would be so cool Rat! It might be easier to get forgiveness than it would be to get permission in this instance... (they call me the enabler..) |

I've used up my forgiveness, even in the holiday season. Something about nearly killing myself on a bike mid-July and spending six weeks in a hospital afterwards, and *still* going through PT re-training and re-strenghtening my titanium-boned legs. Oh - and still riding. THAT was a fun conversation Oh yeah, and I'm married to a redhead. No mercy, lol. Thanks for the thought, though. I really do like the bike. I think you should sell it to Frank, he's out your way - at least, compared to me in Maryland. And he *always* needs more bikes |

Got a feeling that was more than one conversation... sounds like you're getting well? Good luck with that... and the redhead. Ok Frank, where are you at? |

I must say, it is tempting. I just can't afford it right now unless you are looking for a XB12R which it sounds like your are not. Good luck with the sell. Frank |

Frank, Now I'm tempted! Hah, my wife's not a fan of the S3, love to see the look on her face as I unload an XB12R... Not! Just checked your profile, Wow! you need an S3! As an aside, whatever I'm riding next year, look me up if you get over to the western slope, we'll go out for a spin... Merry Christmas! |

Is there any chance of selling the saddle bags and / or rear rack separately? |

Extremely miniscule chance Tommy, Staves has spoken for the bike... you'll have to take it up with him! |

Hey Tom, I've got an extra pack rack I would part with at a fair price. You would still need the L-brackets. |
