Can you still ride 2 up with the jacked tail? It doesnt need to be comfortable as I very rarely ride 2 up but Id like it as an occasional option. On a side note who sells the kit for the raised tail? |

Bump and a pic for example. The reason I ask is I see one vendor that sells it and the brackets look pretty thin like they would fold with the weight of a passenger.

thats my bike, i'm running the pM-Performance kit, the spacers are cast unlike the Frank Parts kit which is a flat bracket and cover. either kit would hold the weight, its the angle you should be concerned with. i wouldnt recommend a jacked tail for 2-up rides. solo it can get uncomfortable, depending on the road, due to the seats new angle, you slide forward more easily. your passenger would be sliding into you constantly. |
