It's eurospec. The one in the XB line holds an 194 bulb. This one probably does as well. You can see the hole in the center of the light housing. Comes on when you turn it to accessory. |

from wat ive heard in europe when u pull over to the side of the road or something like that, u must put the key in the "park" position, which activates low(er) powered lights, so that traffic can see u.. Jake |

Jake, I don't doubt you because I have no factual evidence. However, every european pic of the street I've seen has scooters and motorcycles parked with no lights. Would be really surprised if that's true. For example:

yeah i dont think it has to do with when they're parked, more like when they're pulled over to the side of the rode, and still in the presence of the bike, for short periods, otherwise the battery would probably just go dead lol... Jake |

It is a euro-spec bulb. What kind of stinks on the CR is that they all come with one from the factory (even the US versions) and the bulb stays on even when the bike is running. I wanted to put a red bulb in there when I parked the bike, but I can't have that red in there while going down the road. |

Motorcycles are invisible on the street to many as they are trained to watch for cars and trucks on the road all have two headlights, thus one headlight goes undetected by many. Proven in studies. I think its create an attention getting Illusion, that tricks the mind into looking harder at the object and thus not missing seeing it. It's on a lot of Japanese manufactured bikes as well now. |

In the UK it depends where you park. With no street lights in a built up area, a small front and rear light is required. |

Are you guys serious? It's a position lamp and it does exactly what it is, it positions--so you can properly adjust and align your beams with position lamp as a guide. |
