damn, 20 days later.. No, I never did get a head.- not yet at least. There's a stage2 head that I can get from Nallin, but for the moment I've just been looking at ebay and figuring I'll drill out the bolt when the snow comes. (any day now) |

Well, apparently no one had a head to offer (me included). There are a variety of ways to get the bolt out, but using an "Easy Out" is the most risky. More often than not it breaks and you're stuck with something that cant be drilled out (because the Easy Out metal is extremely hard). Pulling the head off and taking it to a machine shop is the most reliable way, but others have had success getting the broken bolt out with the head still on the bike. I've seen heads go up on e-bay (bought one). If you need help, let us know. Good luck! |

Revolution Performance is a sponsor and has the kits. Ask them if they'll price match. Support those that support us when possible. |

Do you mean part #13579-01Y? The tube is labeled OHMZ and contains 4 sets of transfers + photocopied placement ideas & original application instructions. "cause if you do I have one. Not looking for any great profit on this item. Just make me an offer and I will be happy to forward it to you. ( so long as you cover shipping costs ) Chris C |

Rickyracer, I moved your post to the "parts wanted" section. I dont think I have any stock bars left, but there are plenty around. What bars do you have on there now? They may want to trade! |

indybuell try this link (deleted) Sorry, Jerry, they are no longer a sponsor here and we do have sponsors that sell that kit (as posted above). I'm sure 'Indy' got your post (intact) and I do appreciate your desire to help. That retailer is well known here. Erik (Message edited by gearheaderiko on April 17, 2009) |

Sorry, I'll be more specific: are you looking for a complete bolt on as-is head, core only or something rebuild able. I have a few heads in various states, none need resurfacing, one needs (probably) guides, another needs the "Do Not Remove" bracket bolt hole cleaned out of a butchered broken bolt (the rest if the head is probably good "as-is". Springs, valves needed? I'll check my stock if I know what you're looking for and why you need it (no promises, I have to check first). PM me! |
