I keep checking to see if anyone is posting here...handy place to keep in touch. I had a lot of fun on the ride on Saturday. Rode some spots I never even knew about. Welcome to the new riders! The mighty Blast will be down for "product improvement" for a bit, but will be good to go by the next ride. Hopefully with a shade more capability and a bit more unique appearance. | ||

Todays ride. Started out a little gloomy, got nice, then the flood gates opened. No rain shots, the last couple of us got a good soaking.   True push start race!  The gloom....  Don went where?           | ||

I found out for sure that my lil ole Blast cannot make up for lost time in the corners when there is considerable straight away before the corner...lets say I greatly overcooked a blind lefthander..bottomed out the rear suspension on a rough spot...and it was exit stage right...whether it was luck or my ages old dirttrack reflexes...I ended up stopped upright with no damage other than my pride....It was still a blast...great ride, great people and the rain wasn't as much a pain as I thought it would be....now I'm gonna go ride that section until I get the line and braking point figured out...maybe if I go a bit slower than as fast as it will go next time... | ||

We ride as a group the first Saturday or Sunday of the month...send a PM to Buellistic and he will put you on his E-mail list...other than that..just show up at Lakeland Harley-Davidson/Buell on the morning of the ride... Harry | ||

Williegie, Come join in, due to a job change I have been able to ride with the Lakeland group again. Great bunch of guys, like to have fun while being safe. We have one guy that comes from St Pete, another from New Port Richey, a couple from Orlando and all types of bikes. Hope to see you in December. | ||

Good ride on Saturday! I stayed in the middle and didn't try to keep up with the fast group! Robert and Will, glad you both could make your first rides with us. Diana and I rode to Orlando after b-fast and hit couple of dealerships. Scored a new helmet for 1/2 price, needed one since that lowside at Jennings! Ride safe and see you next month. | ||

It dawned a great morning...  Only to get a bit gray and gloomy....   But brightened up with the size and variety of the rides...   Meeting of the minds.     O.K. We'll wait for y'all....
