Any of you here in Hudson Valley and or surrounding area feel like riding down gor the IMS at Javits? Figured I'd throw this out now so a central meeting place can be worked up. |

I might go, but I'd probably be taking the train down... we're a little snowed in up here. |

I'm planning on riding. It might be fun to hit the Dinosaur BBQ while we're in the neighborhood. |

Yep, I plan to be back on the road in a few days, when the roads finally clear off. Still a mess today. I need a Ural. |

Mostly clear here, couple of patches here and there that give a pucker factor but otherwise not too bad, 50 degrees mid week. |

Yeah, we hit 25 today, it'll be zero overnight, and wind gusts around 35mph and all the snow drifts that go with them. The roads get cleared just in time for a little bit to melt back on and freeze. No thanks, I'll take the car and elimate the risk of some jerk off in a Jeep Cherokee thinking he's invincible and slamming into me on the bike. |

I have to drive a trailer in Friday night to load in and on Sunday afternoon to load out but will probably ride in with my son on Saturday from Union County N.J. (Message edited by skinstains on December 22, 2008) |

going all three days. 2 days at the Buell booth and one with www.Absolutecycle.com Three years after getting out of motorcycle sales, I cant keep my self from going to IMS on my dime to represent Buell and help people get informed and enthused. These days i just refer all interested parties to Liberty where I know they will get the royal Buell treatment. see you there. Seth |

There's a rest area on the Hutchinson Parkway that would be a good place for people to meet. Its right where 684 meets the Hutch. Easy for people coming from Connecticut and Hudson Valley. From there, easy ride to the West Side Highway. |

FWIW, Before I had to drive my friends trailer in for him my son and I rode in on Friday night. Much less crowding and more room to move about. I will be at the TT-CYCLE spot. It is a small spot (we will only have 3 or 4 bikes there) as the spots are very expensive. It will be old Triumphs, both stock and chopped. Hey Seth, how are you getting out three days in a row ? Shouldn't you be saving those out days for racing ? I would hate to see you run out of days out before racing season ends. |

Well, Santa was kind and brought bus tickets and admission to the show on Saturday, so the misses and I will be there all day on the 17th. But still not riding... Are folks thinking about meeting up somewhere for dinner? I've never been to the Dinosaur in NYC - how much of a haul is it from midtown? |
