Yes, both the '08 and '09 service manuals are out now... got them through my dealer. Sorry, don't have the part numbers handy.

I got both the main one and the electrical one for about $90 out the door, but I ordered both at the same time so I think I got a discount on them.

yep $60. With a discount probably lower. On one site that is not a sponsor saw it for $48. Figure if you add in shipping probably not much of a saving versus going to your local and having them through you a 10 - 15% discount.

Especially since you recently bought the bike.

Get the service manual, electrical diagnostics manual and parts manual.

The 2008 Parts catalog is 99572-08Y and the 08 Factory Manual is 99491-08Y. I believe that changing the "08Y" to a "09Y" gets you the 09 catalog. You'll have to check with your dealer to be sure. Cheers!
