I have those bags and I think the structural support is thick plastic. They have been on my Cyclone for the last year. VERY USEFUL!

My ex hates me, but I doubt she would sneak into my garage and steal them!

Reading the add, I see no evidence that leads me to believe that "she" is the bad guy in this... she could be... but might not be.
