I knew that mentioning my daughter was going to bring some comments from someone. It comes with the territory. It looks like I will be at the Post Prom Party for a little while. The wife came home sick from work today and will be home tomorrow.....and she is still letting me go!! I think I am going to try and ride. I haven't been on the bike in a while. See everyone there. |

Bads1 Unfortunately I'll be caging it. I don't have enough cold weather gear for extended travel. I can do about 50 miles or so in 25-30 degree's but I'm not I'm up for 6 hours worth. Besides I have a bunch of new blues CD's I haven't gotten to! Long strange day today. Had to evacuate our corporate headquarters building. Some dude on a backhoe tagged a buried high pressure gas main. I had to sneak into the building through the loading dock to get my riding gear to go home. Brad |

Hey yall, I am hoping to be there by 4:15 today... and I am driving my Saturn (at least it is not a MIATA !!!) As far as drunk people go.... I don't drink. AND if you are really really really nice to me and bribe me a little bit I might be willing to drop you somewhere. Please don't pressure me to drink, either, it does not mix with my (ANTI-PSYCHOTIC) medication... (IE) I CAN be responsible for my actions when I am sober. And I can't afford not to be... sober. HEY NOW, QUIT LAUGHING OVER THERE IN THE PEANUT GALLERY.... THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN SERIOUS IN WEEKS!!!!!! Charlotte |

S'okay Charlotte, you won't be the only non-drinker there. To each their own choice. Hmmm, I'm thinking it's almost 8am here in Wisconsin and you're still at work and you're at least a 6 hour drive or more to Kenosha so I was thinking what are you still doing up there and then I realized it's only a 6 hour drive which would mean you could be up there until 10am or so in which case I've just wasted a bunch of keystrokes but hey I'm still on my first cup of coffee so I'm not really considered awake yet and if anyone is still reading this then they either need their own cup of coffee or they are really really bored to have read this this far so far especially when I start repeating repeating words words. |

DOOOOOOH I do eat Chocolate Kringle, no bean topping please! DOOOOOOOOOOOH!!!! At the right speed and right road conditions with appropriate amount of caffiene and minimal bathroom stops and no putting on of makeup during driving and avoiding all the deer..... It should take exactly 4 hours and 45 minutes to get to Uke's from my office desk. |

Let's see, according to Mapquest.com it is exactly 302.03 miles from the desk of Whatever to the door of Uke's in Kenosha with an estimated travel time of 5 hours and 20 minutes. I guess with a little java juice and motivation and a radar detector that could easily turn into a 4:45 driving time. Watch Milwaukee county though, 55mph and they tag people regularly in Menomonee Falls, around SilverSpring, around the I-94 interchange, and again around the airport, at least that's where I see the taggers the most. There's a Starbucks off "Q" and Appleton avenue in Meno-Falls where if she's working you can get a nice Vanilla Cap if your cup runs dry around then. There's another one on Capitol drive and 124th or so. After that you're on your own if you don't want to get too far off the main roads. The Panera's in the Mayfair Mall does a fairly good cup as well as the shop in the Barnes&Noble there. |

You can get out of one in less than an hour????? I stopped in at HalfPrice on Bluemound the other night for "5 minutes just to use the restroom", yeah but it too another hour to get out of the store. I did only buy three books though so I did good. |

c_r_a_n_b_e_r_r_y Oh well, stopping at Grebes on the way. We'll have to do a little taste comparison once I arrive. Your's are probably better down there, but hey why not bring in a little competition. |

Mikej, You are mistaken, meester. Look up Mole Lake... and take 55 south through Menominee Nation... then hit 29 East to Green Bay, after that you can do it with no stops and driving 75 mph with no ticket... I know, I go to Chicago on a regular basis for work, and Milwaukee is a piece o' cake to get through compared to Chi town... No stoppin at Barnes and Noble, I get the 'where have I been?' effect from bookstores, not bars. Come out a there, don't even know the time of day or the city... So, I ammmmmmmmm corrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeccct, yet STILL CRAZY AS HELL !!!! Who needs alcohol when your own mind is 'mood altering'? Charlotte PS If anyone knows of any road deconstruction on my route please fill me in? |

Mike....Just for shits & grins, I asked for directions on Mapquest from my house. Not that I don't know how to get there. It's just interesting to see how they get you there sometimes. It says I need to go WEST on Hwy 50 for 25.03 miles! I'd be in Janesville if I followed those directions. It's a good thing I know better. Gotta love Mapquest (yeah right ) See ya tonight! I should be rolling in around 5:30pm. |

Yeah, sometimes with mapquest you have to outsmart it and put in way points to get a good route. I think it defaults to major interstates and actually thinks people want to avoid side roads. Charlotte, There's a little construction on the I-45 overpass in Germantown but it shouldn't affect you. And I think there's a little something going on down around GoodHope but nothing major. There's ongoing stuff in Milwaukee on I-43 but I don't think you're going that way. Mole Lake????? I typed in Rhinelander. |

Mapquest sux a lot of the time. Type in the address for the Safety building in downtown Milwaukee & see what you get. Claims its right off of 76th st & State. Not even close!!! |

I"m thinking someone already in attendance has got to have taken a few digital pics by now, and I know they've had access to a computer, hmmm me thinks they may be having a bit too much fun to post pics. That's okay, sometimes you got to enjoy the day. The weather is nice here today. |
