Well, got the bars, the bags, the Uly pegs, and now just got some bar end mirrors. Not the mostest blingiest billet billy-bad-a$$ ones that I'd like, but these cost me about 30 bucks...

Cheap is a blanket that covers a multitude of sins!!

Now all I need is a Drummer!

Is it ready yet?

<grin>

Your hands should feel less vibes now! Yes?

Looks awesome!

The vibes on these bars are negligible to start with, and these should dampen what is there... So little that I didn't notice a change in my brief test ride. Visibility went in the tank with the stock mirrors on the high bars, and this is a welcome relief. I have a much better idea of what the crook of my arm looks like from the ones that came off!

Love the bars, 07. Can't say enough good. The Uly pegs are a really nice add on as well. Cheap, too!

With the bars and pegs, I could ride this bike all over Hell and Creation. The stock seat isn't bad, but one of those strap on (!) jell pads is nice for really long rides.

It's a sweet looking ride you got there Rob. Nice personalization and customization.

I happened to be at the local dealer's today and a guy there had decided on a CR and waiting to pick it up. He was so excited!

When I first saw the CR I wasn't that exited over it. Now I think it is simply a stunning looking bike. I rode one at Inside Pass and the ride is awesome yet distinctly different from my 1125R.

I'm starting to "get it" regarding the CRs!

The more I see the CR, in person and photos, the more I'm coming to think of it as the young brother of my S1W. Nothing but attitude on 2 wheels. Very cool bike : )

What are you doing for blinkers?

+1 Asbjorn. I didn't dig the CR at first, but now I see what Buell was trying to do. I can't wait until I can spend the proper amount of time drooling over it at the San Mateo IMS in a few weeks. I saw one for a few moments at my dealer, but I didn't get a chance to REALLY look at it.

They are third eyes. Any bicycle shop in America should have them.

Blinkers? I need blinkers?

Seriously, tho, I haven't figured that out yet. Many options, and I will update as I progress.

You are correct about the bicycle shop. Set me back about 30-35 bucks.

For a bit more $$ you can get bar-end mirrors with built-in LED signals. Several brands available. Check out some of the SuperMoto aftermarket vendors.

Carbon, These bar end blinkers look tight! Might work for you.

Only ones I've seen are takeoffs from hypermotards...

I think that would look pretty cool, but a bit rich for my blood. I kinda dig the Rizoma stuff, but once again, I'm a cheap ba$tard!!!
