Court, I hope you have some in the L size! I need at least one. I'm trying to talk a kind of new Buell guy from another dealership here in Iowa to go along with us. I think that with the right Buell tutorage(wow that's a new word) he'll make a fine Bueller someday. Can't think of a better or is that scarier group to break him in to the fine points of the way of the Buell! Anyway he's going to let me know if his boss is going to let him come along. |

Twas a mighty fine birthday. I have decided to continue my pursuance of birthday cheer for the rest of the week. At my age you don't want to cram all the birthday into one day. You gotta spread it out. I'm lookin forward to seeing everyone. Not looking forward to the cold though. It's 80 degrees here right now. |

"It's 80 degrees here right now." Rub it in, why don't you. It's raining and about 40 here. But, I did get to ride a couple of days ago. Almost time for my "winter project". |

Court, As of now, I'm going to be there on Friday. I'll bring you some REAL pickled herring from the land of Scandinavians! None of the cream sauce stuff either! I'll make a stop at Ingebritson's market before I leave. Ya want some real lefse with that too? Brad Pammy, BTW when I leave for work on my M2 in the morning, it'll be about 25 or so!!! |

TEAM ELVES 202.989 MPH LSR SHIRTS Pardon me for burning bandwidth, but I needed to post a copy of the final shirt art somewhere to link to. Confirmations are being sent, this morning, to all who expressed interest so that we don't end up selling the shirt you reserved on Friday These things, I gotta tell ya boys and girls, are AWESOME. Front of Team Elves Fashion Statement <CENTER><FONT COLOR="0000ff">Back of Team Elves Fashion Statement featuring Devilishly Handsome Hero Speeder</FONT></CENTER> Text of letter that went to all who were preregistered for shirts: 202.989 MPH - Team Elves Commemorative Shirts This letter is being sent to all who expressed interest in purchasing one of the Elf Fashion Wear 202.989 MPH shirts. You asked….we did! Shirts were designed on Monday, printed and shipped our way on Tuesday. Please complete the following information and send back no later than noon Thursday November 7th. Name: Address: Quantity: Sizes: Paying by Paypal ? Check? NOTE: If you are going to BE AT UKE’S and want your shirt delivered and to be relieved of your money on the spot (we’d prefer a check payable to TEAM ELVES so Vickie doesn't look like a Columbian Kingpin getting back on the airplane to New York City) Please E-MAIL NO LATER THAN TOMORROW AT NOON AND LET US KNOW. Yes, you can Paypal today or Tomorrow and have your shirt delivered at Uke’s NOTE: UKE’S DELIVERIES SAVE THE $5 FEE. . . . Think about this. . . say, if you were a Fireman in Vacaville, CA and you were trying to marshal the cajones to come to Wisconsin to be with those who love and admire you, the ACTUAL cost of your trip would be reduced by $5.00 for EACH shirt you bought! Team Elves…. continuing to make your world a better place to live. If paying by Paypal: Go ahead and Paypal $25 ($20 + $5 shipping) to teambuellelves@aol.com. BE SURE TO INCLUDE SIZES and QUANTITY OF EACH SIZE. Shirts will ship no later than next Tuesday. Yes, you can Paypal today or Tomorrow and have your shirt delivered at Uke’s If paying by check: Mail a check (payable to: TEAM ELVES)for $25 ($20 + $5) to: <CENTER>Mr. Jim Bantz TEAM ELVES PLAZA 1701 South Jefferson Street Hartford City, IN 47348</CENTER> NOTE: Be certain to print this out and include sizes, quantity of each and your shipping address. Bantz is great with numbers, but sucks in the field of clairvoyance. I kid you not, we got a money order in the mail with no name, mention of what it was for…NADA. Do something this stupid and we’ll force you to your local UJM dealer! To view the final shirt design check out this link: http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/37/16576.html?#POST132205 NEEDED: Volunteer to handle shirt sales at Uke's. |

Dana: Actually, if possible, I could use someone who has a couple free hours tomorrow afternoon and evening in this role if possible. OBJECTIVE: 1) To take delivery (late Thursday afternoon) of the shirts being shipped to the factory so that the folks at Buell don't have to sort and store them. 2) Receive and sort the shirts and have the ones for the visiting Elves and Buell folks set aside, labled in envelopes and waiting at 11:00AM Friday, ready to be pressed into action without need to sort through the box in a last minute deal. also bring gold & silver paint pens 3) Remove from the stock the shirts required to fill the "pre orders" 4) POSSIBLY: Hang at Buell Factory to either sell shirts (if we do that) or standby to transport them, ahead of the Elves, to Uke's (possible perk here is that you could get YOUR shirt signed at the plant) 5) Set up and sell t Uke's - keeping track of those shirts sold at Uke's that need to be removed from the pre-ordered list. Call me a fanatic but attention to detail is what has made this thing a success Basically, I am seeking an umemployed individual with lots of time on their hands, who can count and drive 30 miles, bondable and you you already own a paper "Trainee" hat from any fast-food establishment you go straight to the top of the list |

Pammy . . .according to my daughter, the "Birthday Zone" extends from the first celebration of a particular birthday to the last. This period, however, according to herself, should not extend beyond 90 days, at the risk of being called names. |

Pammy, Do not worry, the forecast is 50 deg and sunny for Friday. That constitutes a Wisconsin HEAT WAVE !!! And, Happy Birthday, at my age, I take all the attention I can get... which is more than I got at 18 !!! Charlotte PS Court, I can help sell shirts as that would (maybe) keep me out of 'trouble' ????? |

Pammy has set a terrible "party till you drop" precedant. Richard turns 30 today and his folks wake up, rub their eyes, go out in the drive, gather up the Shreveport Times to read "Shreveport Native Set new World Land Speed Record" with a story detailing the efforts of Team Elves. Cool....sure, I have a dozen copies on the way, but I figure I'll go to the website and take a look (it's not on the online version) and what do I find? ? ? Note to Wisc-Hosts: Scratch one order of Kringle |
