I'm thinking about doing that mod myself this winter as I'm getting tired of the fuzzy rearview. Pushed them through the back and glued them in. Bright enough to see in the day time and very noticeable in the night, you can see them lighting the ground behind you while flashing. Made the bracket myself from some aluminum laying around the shop.
