the only thing i don't like on my bike is how much the tank/cell whatever vibrates just as you take off or just as you are slowing down. I do have the stock air box and side scoop off and no cf side tank accents yet. Is there a way to isolate the movement. A little bit of rubber hose or padding in a key spot that would stop the front movement? the back is bolted really well. I am after some suggestions, I will mess with it at work and see what i can come up with. Thanks for any ideas. |

self-adhesive velcro strips work great for silencing that embarrassing rattle. |

I removed the tank and used foam tubing normally used for insulating HVAC pipes on the frame tubes then reinstalled. |

I will have to remember about this when I put my S2 together upon rebuild. It has a tank cover as well and rattles a bit. |

Nice thanks guys I like the velcro idea. I have done it with remotes and other things. I have some little rigid foam squares at work they are 1/4 inch by 2" i think i will combine the 2 for this one |
