Hi Guys, I am replacing the windscreen on my 04 Firebolt,and was wondering if anyone knows what the part number is for the rubber wellnuts(?)that fit into the underside of the windscreen?. there are four and they are used to anchor the screws that pass through the fairing then through the screen.the ones I have are falling apart. I cannot answer your question but I can tell you that you would be better off to find an industrial fastener supply store. Not usually too hard to find in the phone book. Just hand them one of your old ones and they will know exactly what you need. The reason to go this route is that you can get a whole box for about what you will get two for at the dealer. It comes in handy for having spares and especially fixing wrecked bikes on the cheap. K. |
