Bombardier, I haven't met any Australian Army guys yet, but I have been in a few ports and schools with your Navy. The way they partied made us look like a bunch of twelve year olds. Great fun, but crazy as hell. Thank you for your service. Great countries working together. I still need to get to Australia, to do some four wheeling in the outback. |

USMC - '89-'00 Around the world 2.5+ times by my calculations. It was fun, but the desire for a family and a Monitor that wanted to issue me a desk, slide rule & pocket protector for my next duty assignment, made my decision to take my toys & go home that much easier. Nothing like telling your monitor, who you have a mutual disrespect type relation with, where he can take his orders & put them when you have your DD-214 in hand & no further obligation. |

I do most of my riding in the west(bush) and the animals are the only problem. The people are the best you will meet anywhere and will always lend a hand. I think country folk are the same wherever you go. |
