Mine should be in this week. They do lots of rotax engines in the atv world so I thought I would give them a chance. Plus I have heard a Renagade with an Hmf slip on it sounded quite mean. I know that are they in no way a similar engine besides the v-twin. I will get back to this once I get it on. |

I just got it on today. Hopefully I can get something to record the sound that does not distort the mics. The installation took a little longer than expected. That is probably due to my headpipes being different than the ones that the prototype had on it. Even then it went on with very little modification and sounds great. |

I don't know where to find a dyno around my area. It is also winter so I guess I will not have that data until this spring. Here is the vid. It is alot louder in person. Let me know what you think. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWs51J-IZ10 |

I have seen this exact bike at mid Ohio. XB9 posted a link. The exhaust is loud. No quieter than the Jardine. I do like the way it is closer to the bottom of the bike. |

The only complaint I have is that it is really close to the swingarm. I will be moving the pipe farther on the mid pipe soon. Other than that they have great customer support, I love the way it sounds, and they offer a military discount++. I would love to get it on a dyno. Anyone know of a dyno in Minnesota? |

15%? Without tuning? I'd like to see proof of that as well. |

It's kind of hard to tell in the pics - but it does look like it is tucked in tightly enough so it won't drag on the ground before dragging the footpeg (like the D&D) Anybody have a take on this? |

they said they remapped the stock ecm and it had little gains over stock but nothing real drastic |

they remapped the stock ecm. unlikely. but they think their only telling one person and not this hole board. which if they did they wouldnt lie. |

They didn't remap the ecu but they strongly recommend the ecu updates from Buell. As for tightly enough under the bike, I modified it so it sits all the way under the swingarm. Clearance everywhere that I have seen. Here is a link for all the pics on my bike. http://s448.photobucket.com/albums/qq208/katana_ma n_04/ As for the power increase I need to get to a dyno for the results. |

Focus01- Any more impressions of this pipe now that you have had for a few days. This is one of the pipes I am really considering. |

Well other than wanting to go out riding and seeing snow outside lol. The looks rly seen to grow on me I like how it sits and the sound is sweet. Now the 25R is in the shop for the most recent recall and at the same time the forks started clunking. They contacted Buell and Buell is sending two new sliders for my forks. Perfect time for it since I most likely won't be able to ride until April and thats if im lucky. |

Hey Focus do you know if they offer any anodized colors. I have the 09 arctic white and I think it would look sweet with the anodized blue! |

They only offered anodized for the test bike I guess. Maybe if enough ppl call them about it they might do one for you or a type. They do have a huge line of different pipe colors available to other bike so I do not see y not. I do second the blue it would look sweet. I will end up doing all the pipes ceramic black sooner or later. They make everything to order. From the date mine got ordered to my house was 14 days even and I live 4 states away. I talked to Mike and he got me set up quite well. |

I would like to get some more info to the HMF system. I spoke to someone @ their shop but, they are failing to contact me. I'm with a dealership and own a 1125r. We installed a D&D. Fits nice but very loud and minimal performance gain. We have a race system for our track bike that requires stand removal. Still working on street pipe with reasonable sound level. |

Give them a call and ask for Mike. He did all work for me and helped with the original test bike too. |
